How Flabob Veterans Day Began...
This event is presented in commemoration of all those who have served in the American armed forces. Two retired USAF pilots by the names of Ron Alexander and Jon Goldenbaum started this event 18 years ago. Lamenting the sorry return Vietnam veterans received when they came home; these two pilots decided to do something about it. They created the Flabob Veteran's Day Celebration as a way to give thanks and appreciation to those who served our country . Since then, the Flabob Veterans Day has become an iconic event for the airport and community. After two years of postponement due to the pandemic, Veterans Day is finally back and bigger than ever! Flabob has teamed up with City of Jurupa Valley to bring a Parade & Festival in honor of our veterans. Without them, we would have nothing to celebrate.

Questions regarding the event, let us know!
We don't know them all...
…but we owe them all.
